FAQ

Is butane included?

No. The smoker works with any refillable kitchen torch, and butane is not included because pressurised gas cannot be shipped by most carriers. Any hardware, kitchen or tobacco shop sells it for a few dollars.

How long does the wood last?

Roughly 60 to 80 drinks per flavour pack, at half a teaspoon per drink.

Does it work on any glass?

It sits on standard rocks glasses roughly 3 to 3.5 inches across the rim. It is not made for wine glasses or highballs.

How do I get the recipe guide?

It is emailed automatically the moment your order is paid, and it is also on your order confirmation page. No signup needed.

Can I use it for non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes. Six of the thirty recipes are zero-proof, and smoke works especially well without alcohol competing with it.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. Wipe it warm with a dry cloth. Never soak the mesh.

How fast does it ship?

Orders ship from our US warehouse. See our shipping policy for current delivery times.

What if I do not like it?

See our refund policy for how returns work.
