Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous United States (48 states), Washington D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, plus most countries worldwide. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands).

Subtotal is calculated after discounts. Delivery estimates start once your order ships; orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.
Butane
Our kits never include butane. Butane cannot be shipped by our carriers. Use any standard refillable kitchen torch with butane purchased locally.
Tracking & issues
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email support@smokedhour.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

The 30-recipe PDF is delivered by email right after purchase. Check your spam folder or contact us if it doesn't arrive.
